Maritime agency “Master Ltd” was founded in 2001 by Capt. Anatoliy D. Lapin and Mrs. Elena Kashuba.
Capt. Anatoliy D. Lapin is Master Mariner. He has 25 years of experience in the position of a Shipmaster on the bulk carrier vessels with DWT more than 50.000 of the Black Sea Shipping Co. (Odessa) and Swiss Shipping company.
Since 1995 Capt. Lapin was a director of maritime agency “Cosmos”, Odessa. During this period he successfully cooperated with such Greek shipping companies as: Meandors Lines SA; Nicolakis Shipping SA; Lagoa Shipping SA; Seatrade Shipping SA, and many others.
Since 2006 till 2012 Capt. Lapin was the President of Odessa Shipmaster’s association, Nautical Inspector of Liberia and Marshal Islands. As a Competent person of IMO from Ukraine he took part in assessing information communicated to IMO from Germany, Kenya, Tanzania, Barbados, Georgia.
Mr. Lapin has more than 20 years experience in crewing business (manning foreign flag vessels with Ukrainian seamen).
Mrs. Elena Kashuba has graduated Odessa national University and has Master's degree in law and languages. Since 1996 was working as a crewing manager, has good experience in crewing business.
Our company was dealing with shipping company “Meandros Lines SA” manning bulk carriers. Later were such shipping companies as: Norway Ship Management company TFDS, Offshore project with Samicor group, Buffalo Shipping SA, Rawabi Swiber Offshore Services, Intertrade Management Inc, (Kagiafas shipping), TMS Tankers LTD? Allsease Marine S.A. and other companies.
During the all period of work our database collected many seafarers – officers and ratings, most of them we know personally.
Our company based in the center of Odessa, in the downtown on the picturesque street called Lanzheronovskaya. Our company is family business, based on the main principal such as family philosophy, entrepreneurial philosophy, culture, direct search, knowledge of Odessa region market of seafarers.
